Deprecated: Function eregi() is deprecated in...

Hi there,

 

I'm getting the following error message appearing on my site http://www.dswat.net:

 

Deprecated: Function eregi() is deprecated in /home/dswat/public_html/catalog/includes/classes/language.php on line 87

 

If I refresh the page or click on a product, the error message disappears. However, this does not look good for customers.

 

I am using browser Firefox v23.0.1. I have attached the language.php file.

 

Has anyone had a similar issue or know how best to resolve it?

You are using an ancient version of osCommerce, so you need to do one of two things;

 

1. patch up this version of osC - covered in the forum many times. Search and you will find.

or

2. update your osCommerce to the most recent stable version (2.3.3.2 at time of writing)

I must update my version of osC.
