Enabling ADD TO CART Button once customer selects an attribute

Hello everyone,

 

i want to disable ADD TO CART button from product info page for products with attributes and assign 0.00 as price to them and prompt customer to select attributes, once attributes with price selected then ADD TO CART button must be enabled.

 

i know its a stupid request but trust me i have to deal with some very stupid customers on my online shop.
