E-mail to customer

Hello. I'm getting information from my customers that they getting a email with order information is in wrong code

My email options are :

transport metod - smtp

linefeeds = crlf

Mime - false

DNS - true

 

I have used other options, but still the same.

Funny ,Gmail has no problems with emails but other yes.
