Error Password resent - try again

Hi

Just testing our 2.3.3 site and get this error when trying to use Password Forgotten,

"Error; A password resent link has already been sent. Please try again in 5 minutes."

No password has been sent.

Can anyone tell me what to do. I know Ive seen an answer somewhere.
