Cookies not working on Kindle fire

Hi,

 

A customer called up and said they cannot add to cart on their Kindle Fire. ( cookies are enabled on the fire)

 

I tried on my kindle. Neither of my oscommerce(2.3) sites will allow logging in or adding to cart. I am taken to the cookie usage page even though I have cookies enabled on my kindle.

 

In admin I have

force cookie= false

 

A quick check on google and I found no results pertaining to oscommerce stores.

Anybody here seen this? Anyone know why the silk browser won't allow shopping on our sites?
