Header Shortcuts on top

I am running Oscommerce 2.3.3

 

Right now, as default I guess, I have the logo on the top of the screen and the header shortcuts below the logo.

I want to have the shortcuts on the very top of the screen and then the logo underneath.

 

How can this be done ?'

Sounds like your logo is to big have a read here few tips.

All done in stylesheets towards the top.
