Support ticket - how long do I wait ?

I became a paid member , put up a support ticket 7 days ago. Seems like a long time and I am concerned that I did something wrong and it can't been seen. Who do I email to get some attention ?

Becoming a sponsor doesn't provide you with any extra support, at least not that I am aware of.Support in these forums is by other users and is only offered if a user can help. If you post a question and don't get a reply, then you are out of luck for free support. There is a commercial section where you can ask for paid help. It might be that your question wasn't seen or that you replied to it, making it appeared handled. You need to make it easier on the other members to answer your question. For example, if you would have supplied a link to your post, I would have at least taken a look at it.

Support tickets are a form of commercial support. They are not visible on this forum.
