If you post a question and don't get a reply, then you are out of luck for free support. There is a commercial section where you can ask for paid help. It might be that your question wasn't seen or that you replied to it, making it appeared handled. You need to make it easier on the other members to answer your question. For example, if you would have supplied a link to your post, I would have at least taken a look at it.
