Run a file in MySQL

I am having a senior moment. I have Page Editor v1.6 on my desk top and my shop is on Wampserver.

The instruction say 'Run the following file on your MySQL database:

pages.sql. The problem is I can't for the life of me remember how to do it. Any help please.

Hi

 

phpMyAdmin (or whatever you have) and import the sql file

 

or

 

copy the text inside the sql file and paste it into the manual sql text field in phpMyAdmin
