Slow loading in other languages

my shop pages loading wery fast but only on several languages: english, slovak or polish. But in other languages for example Czech, Russian, Ukrainian it,s loading very slow

 

I've checked forum and done things which are in this posts: http://www.oscommerce.com/forums/topic/279610-oscommerce-suddenly-running-very-slow/

 

And it doesn't worked.

 

Can anyone help my?

 

I suppose that something could be wrong with my languages files but how work out which file it's.
