Your version of osCommerce is which ?

Honestly I can't remember, I am at work and can't access it from here do to fire walls. I think its 2.3

Need to ascertain the exact version please. I suspect it is 2.3.1.

If yes, you need to upgrade to 2.3.2 and then further upgrade from 2.3.2 to 2.3.3

At which point this problem will no longer be an issue.

Well how come it is now a problem when it hasn't been for 6 months? I don't understand. Nothing has changed on it. I am not very experienced on OSCommerce

Is there a tutorial on how to upgrade?

"Nothing has changed" - because you have not kept on top of upgrades :(

Go to library.oscommerce.com and follow the upgrade instructions.
