OilyPablo Posted August 4, 2013 Posted August 4, 2013 I searched around and didn't find it. We have Spanish as a 2nd choice language but when our customers choose this, the orders are all in Kg. USPS can only accept pounds, so naturally the calculations for freight in Spanish are all low, and we lose money. Can someone point me to the toggle/setting to get Spanish order into pounds? Thanks!
♥14steve14 Posted August 4, 2013 Posted August 4, 2013 Without changing every weight in your products I do not think that you can have both lbs and Kgs. I may be wrong. REMEMBER BACKUP, BACKUP AND BACKUP
MrPhil Posted August 4, 2013 Posted August 4, 2013 Is all your shipping from within the US? Would there be any harm in having shipping weight always pounds and never kilograms? I suspect that you could change the shipping weight unit for Spanish from the default KG to LB, but I don't know if that can be done in the admin or if it needs some custom work. I'm not sure why the weight unit is associated with a language, but that seems to be the way it is.
