Broken template - fresh install of 2.3.3

Hi

 

Just set 100% fresh install of 2.3.3 but on both catalog and admin side templates looks broken

 

Can't undrstand reason???

 

Please have a look here and hope you can advice how to sort it out

UPD. I found what JQuery giving that problem

 

I updated to 1.10.2 and it fine working on my localhost but upploading the same files to live server gave no result.

 

Any advice?

Your live server is returning a 500 server error for all of the included files. This is usually a permissions issue. Talk to your host about setting the proper permissions on your files.

It was actually 403 Forbidden error and now sorted by right permitions set to folders and files
