Add shipping in case someone fills the form, otherwise do not

Hi there,

 

I am sorry in advance to be quite generic since I am very new to osCommerce and am trying to update the site created by someone else. The site is http://euroawnings.com/ and in the shopping cart I have added an option for someone to fill out delivery and installation form in case they need any of these. However, I am not sure how to use the results from the form to add to the actual basket?

 

I have no idea where to start so could you at least give me a hint or some good quick reads?

 

I am proficient with PHP/Wordpress/Javascript but osCommerce is just beyond me.

 

In case I am not able to do this myself, I am willing to pay someone, what are approximate costs for this?

I looked at the website, I believe you should have used the default delivery information entered by the customer when they created the account. Then, you could have created a flag if the customer chose installation and/or delivery options during checkout process. You're current method does not use any osCommerce variables.

@@DunWeb yes that makes sense. Then how can I do that durint the checkout process? How to set a flag? Is there any way to implement it using current method?
