Admin enter order Price Increase

Hi,

I need a way for me to be able to enter order manually for customers and for it to add a percentage markup to EACH Item not one whole total. Is there a module for this?

 

I have looked and only found coupon modules, which isn't really what i am after.

 

My Oscommerce is 2.3.3
