Lost box

Hi, I inadvertantly removed a box (manufacturers) and when I try to re-install it I get an error :-

 

Warning: reset() expects parameter 1 to be array, null given in /shop/admin/modules.php on line 227

 

Warning: Variable passed to each() is not an array or object in /shop/admin/modules.php on line 228

 

This all happend when I tried to install the adsense box, it was for 2.3.1 and my shop is 2.3.3.

 

My shop has been modified using Gary's excellent book, and all seems to be working ok. Can anybody help?
