motoevol Posted July 17, 2013 Posted July 17, 2013 Hi there can I find out if there is a way of extracting our customers emails that they have logged during the purchasing process on our website. We use OS Commerce and World Pay in order to complete transactions online. I was hoping there would be a way of extracting this type of information. Any information on this area would be most appreciated. Many thanks Jo Happy to give more details if anyone can help. I should also add I know you get the customers email address in the transaction confirmation but can you get retrieve historical emails from previous transactions? Do you hold this information for any time? thanks
