Title on pages

Where do I go to access the header and image details that appear at the top of pages on OsCommerce? For example to amend the wording "What's New Here" and alter the image opposite it on:

First off, you are using an out-dated and insecure version of osCommerce, You should delete it and install v2.3.3.

 

Secondly, the text definition for What's new here? Can be found in the /includes/languages/english/index.php file. You can change it to whatever you want.

 

The image on the right of it, is the default image. You can remove it by editing the index.php file or simply replace the image from the admin area if you choose.
