mwildin1 Posted July 11, 2013 Posted July 11, 2013 Hi, I recently copied a working 2.2 version of Oscommerce over to my Synology NAS to use as a test rig. However, while most of the functionality seems okay, there seems to be an issue with the top level admin menu items not expanding to show sub categories. I have included two attachment to try and show what I mean here. This is the store I copied and when clicking on a top level admin menu item, the sub category items are displayed fine. However this.... ...shows the same menu on my Synology, which shows the sub categories do not appear when clicking a top level menu item. If I type the sub category URL in manually on the Synology box(e.g. /configuration.php?gID=2 for the Minimum Values menu item) it displays fine. Not sure if I should have posted this over in the Synology community but I was wondering if anyone here could help me identify the fault with this please. I don't see any error messages to point me in the right direction. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
mwildin1 Posted July 15, 2013 Author Posted July 15, 2013 Okay solved this. I had to set register_long_arrays = on in the synology's php.ini file (located in/usr/syno/etc). I used the WinSCP tool from http://winscp.net to modify the file and now the admin interface works perfect.
