first i sorry for my bad english , but i from germany

I had installed OScommerce on localhost , and there no problem , now i installed it on my webbrowser and ther olny text no formate or boxes like on localhost The version i installed is 2.3.3.

if you mean that you installed it using WAMP / XAMP on your local machine and then moved it to a hosting account. You will need to update the TWO configure.php files to reflect the actual path.
