Guest Posted July 4, 2013 Posted July 4, 2013 I am using Go Daddy Hosting and they had the option with Automatic Installation. I tried this, and I cant get the admin panel to function properly. I tried to log in and it freezes with IE and Chrome. I also cant edit some items as the link save.php states Fix Internet Connection. I have to refresh the page. It takes me for ever to log in like three attempts. I installed the OS Commerce software manually setting up my own MySQL server and still same problems. I am questioning the MySQL Server from Go Daddy. They use MYSQL v5. and PHP. I am using Version 2.3.3. It seams so buggy. I had problems with Zen Cart too.

mpg Posted July 5, 2013 Posted July 5, 2013 I am having trouble also with the auto intall on godaddy.com. I started the install 4 hours ago and its still clocking............. Godaddy support says "wait till it times out" cripes.

One click installers, from ANY hosting provider are never the best solution. Chris I did this and had the same issues. It is more stable to use the auto installer on go daddy. I did contact customer service with go daddy today. They are in the process with reviewing my settings. I submitted to them screen shots of this issue. I am using my iPad so I don't have these right now but later I will post them too. Andy, Abestpcs.
