bigbob2 Posted July 3, 2013 Posted July 3, 2013 I have a 2.3.3 site which has been working fine up until last week when our hosting company advised We will be updating MySQL from version 5.1 to version 5.5 on your server on 2013 June 24th Soon affter that (may have been a coinicdence), I noticed that if I edit a product listing and click save, it gives the error: Forbidden You don't have permission to access /store/admin/categories.php on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. I have looked through previous forums on this topic and the results are all around the file permissions admin/categories.php which I have checked and it is 755 (I also tried increasing the limitations and decreasing the limitations with no luck). The other suggestion was about not having the word SET in the description of the product which it does not anyway. Any ideas what else I can try? Cheers Kev
bigbob2 Posted July 3, 2013 Author Posted July 3, 2013 RESOLVED It turns out that during the receint update, our host also put in place a MOD security update (whatever that is) which is part of the PCI compliance for our server. We actually no longer require PCI compliance as we do not store credit card numbers now, so this was not an issue for them to remove this security update. Kev
