product split page in admin categories

i have one of my new customers, got 29k products in one categorie,

this causing trouble when i open this categories via the admin,

im looking for an addons or something else who can help me to split page the products in admin categories section,

make more sub-categories / sub-sub-categories / sub-sub-sub-categories. you probably have too many "sub"-categories in one category. enhance maximum time-out to 500 / 1000 seconds. regards
