Responsive design : best pratice

Hello,

 

I am developping a responsive design with boostrap on 2.3 / 2.4 osc !! There you can see different screenshot for mobile, tablet and pc on my development idea.

 

Just it's not perfect on the design (it's not finished): Depending the resolution, different informations can appear or deseapear.

 

My question is simple (is it so simple !!!).

Concerning the resolution, what is the best pratices concerning the header, the content and the footer ? The pb is not possible to change the design based on original concerning the header, just change the css configuration.

Also, the boxe is a pb concerning the low resolution, appear, deseapear, all in header with dropdown for the categories ?

 

Have you been developped something in responsive design for a customer ? What your pratice and example

Sorry I have'nt the possibilities to put other image to see you different resolution 3240/480 or 480/320 ....,
