fix for missing action_recorder

Recently I installed the addon to provide featured products to 2.3.3. The existing store was loaded onto a test server to make the mods. Following the changes, neither the store nor admin would log in. I had used a thumb drive to copy the store to the test server, and then made the necessary adjustments to both configuration files in the includes directory. The store solution was to add a directive in the applications_top.php to set the php include_path. Note that /oscommerce is not the root, the root is in the apache directory that it sits under.

set_include_path(get_include_path() . PATH_SEPARATOR . $absolute_path_to_web_root);

That got it working. But it still wasn't possible to log into admin. It complained about action_recorder in the catalog/includes directory. I triple checked that it really was there, and it was.

Illogically, the solution was to hard code the full path to two entries in the admin/includes/configuration file, DIR_FS_ADMIN and DIR_FS_CATALOG. This was discovered by trial and error--lots of it. I can't see any reason why that would matter, but that fixed it.

My admin config file:
