Paypal express and pro nothing works.

Hello,

 

I started building websites back in 2003 with oscommerce and oh how it has grown. I took a break and now back again tonight .... A clients website had fallen victim to hard drive failure and no backups except older ones. I am trying to help her out, free of charge and already spent two days on this. Now i need help from the osc community if it will not take someone that long to point me in the right direction.

 

She is accepting credit cards through paypal, they do not go into paypal but stay on her website and think its a gateway for credit card processing. If that makes sense. I had installed the module April 1st. Since then hard drive crashed and now i'm scratching to find that module. I have tonight installed at least 10 modules all have their own problems.

 

One wants every field filled in, but it asks when the credit card was issued and something about solo cards. That will not do.

 

I went directly to the paypal website and that destoryed the website. So i have started again.

 

There is one which only asks for the paypal credentials like api signature etc. Does anyone know of the correct one to use?

I couldn't tell from your posting whether you were using PayPal Advanced, which uses payflow. I use it to process both credit cards and PayPal payments. Customers are not required to leave my store to make payments. If that is indeed what you want, you will need an add-on to set it up.

 

PayPal once published one for Version 2.3.1, I posted it on after changing one line of code so it would also work correctly with v. 2.3.3, not just 2.3.1. To find the add-on, go to:
