Perbuild Gift Registry with Wishlist function

HI, I want my customer be able to add multiple items to their registry from a per-build list. So, the current wishlist function allow me to accomplish on custom product listing function.

so my question is how to change the add to cart function from wishlist to add to my registry.

 

any ideal how to start with it?

 

any advice are welcome.
