How to move "Best Way" on BILLING INFORMATION of checkout_confirm.php page?

Dears,

I want to move " (Best Way) " on BILLING INFORMATION of checkout_confirm.php page. I see code on includes/classes/shipping.php

 

 

'title' => $quotes['module'] . ' (' . $quotes['methods'][$i]['title'] . ')',

 

 

I try to change it, but seems it is not working.

 

Would you please help to give some suggestion asap?
