Upgrade 2.2 to 2.3.1

I saw the instructions for 2.31 to 2.3.2 and 2.3.2 to 2.3.3 but I did not see instructions for upgrading from 2.2 to 2.3.1. Where can I find instructions for upgrading from 2.2 to 2.3.1?

If you download v2.3.0 you will find upgrade instructions from RC2a. If your site is older than RC2a, don't waste your time trying to upgrade, just create a new site with v2.3.3. Personally, I find it easier to create a new site from any thing older than 2.3.1

Yes, it is easier to create a new 2.3.3 store.
