Popup window on checkout_confirmation page

Hi fellas,

 

I realized we get about 18% declined transactions due to "no match on street or zip" via Authorize.Net.

 

I called their support and they went through some transactions and said, the error is valid and your customers are not making sure the billing address they provide is the same as in their bank account.

 

I guess I can disable the address line requirement, but I am afraid that will cause fraudulant transactions.

 

Is there anyway to add a javascript or Jquery pop up window to checkout_confirmation.php?

 

So, when "pay by credit card" radio button is selected and when visitor clicks "confirm order" a popup window will appear and state "make sure billing info matches the bank account info yada yada.."

 

Pop up window should have a "continue" button so once clicked, customer will be directed to Authorize.Net to complete the transaction as normal.
