CUSTOMER-INPUT in checkout_confirmation.php

Hi,

When I buy Gift Subscription from here:

http://www.ffshop.no/gaveabonnement-utgaver-landevei-norge-p-892.html

 

after filling the fields, I add it to cart/basket.

 

These fileds shows perfectly in shopping cart page

 

1 Recipient Name: Test 1

2 Recipient address: Test 2

3 Recipient postcode.: 4444

4 Recipient's post: Test 3

Gift Type: General gift

 

 

but when I reach on checkout confirmation page, here fields are giving 'CUSTOMER-INPUT' instead showing of original data i.e in below example

 

Gift Subscription - 4 issues Country Road - Norway

- 1 Recipient Name: CUSTOMER-INPUT

- 2 Recipient address: CUSTOMER-INPUT

- 3 Recipient postcode.: CUSTOMER-INPUT

- 4 Recipient Postal Code: CUSTOMER-INPUT - Gift Type: General gift

 

Please help me about this problem, because I am new in oscommerce 2.2

Could it be that you have addon "option types"installed and that you missed some installation steps?

I installed again but same problem,

if it is not install successfully then why fields information is showing in shopping cart correctly but not in checkout confirmation page.

You can also see screenshots from my 1st post in current topic.

 

If you have any other installation guide so please share with me.
