Not sure if I have asked this question already, so sorry if I have

 

I need a add on where suppliers can add their own products to the website without seeing or editing other products apart from their own

 

Are there any addons for 2.3.1 or 2.3.3 that do this

I think not, but you can try to make yourself one. It will take some time but it`s possible.

Multi Admin with Levels

 

Administration Access Levels

 

Either of those two would be a good place to start, then you would just have to tweak them to ensure that one admin cannot see the others posts.
