Opening site fails for some users

I have some customers who reported that they can't acces my website . They are saying that they get a white blank page when they try to visit my website .

For example one customer from portugal who made an order 2 days ago reported yesterday that he can't view the site . He told me that he is getting a blank page with safari and an error with chrome ( look at the picture )

 

I thought that this is a problem from the server so i have made a ticket to hosting provider .

They told me that they have saw that customer received 500 internal server error during the reported period and in logs they have found this

I think it is a problem related to language function . In application_top.php on line 289 i have this

"require(DIR_WS_LANGUAGES . $language . '.php');"

 

Anyway the customer from portugal said me that he can access the website now . I have asked him what did he done and he told me that instead of typing the address direct in the browser he searched on google and entered from there on my website ...

ANyone has an idea what is the cause of the problem ?

This is not the only case reported .. i have more customers who are reporting the same thing

Update to 2.3.3 as missing $languages is a session problem that is fixed in 2.3.3
