UncleSteve Posted April 18, 2013 Posted April 18, 2013 Bare with me please, I don't wish to experiment during the day when most of my orders come in, so seeking a few answers before I experiment tonight. Currently my shipping costs are based on product weight, however one of my suppliers have changed their charging policy from weight to order valve which has messed things up for me. I can easily switch from weight to valve in the shipping module and set the values, but... Q1 do I need to change any values in the product weight box? or will the shipping module just use the values set in the 'Products Price (Gross):' box? Q2 how can I do free shipping on certain products? Sorry to ask what may be simple questions, but your help will be greatly appreciated.
