blacklogic Posted April 13, 2013 Posted April 13, 2013 I recently purchased a "website template" using OSC 2.3.1. I successfully upgraded this install to 2.3.2. All fine. After many attempts to upgrade to 2.3.3. and verifying files and coding (that the instructions tell me to check), my admin panels functions perfectly, admin version check reporting that I am using 2.3.3, all good right? BUT when checking any page on the website, it appears that ALL style information is lost in space. Images are there, titles and products are there, etc, but no style, colors, proper fonts, etc. Can someone guide me as to what files need to be edited to bring my CSS back to life using 2.3.3? I do not see that any "upgrade files" had anything to do with the CSS, but obviously at least one file did reference my "template" CSS. Please advise and thank you in advance.
Guest Posted April 13, 2013 Posted April 13, 2013 @@blacklogic Most commercial templates DO NOT follow standard osCommerce coding practices, therefore it would be difficult to say what the issue may be. I suggest you contact the template provider for support. Chris
blacklogic Posted April 13, 2013 Author Posted April 13, 2013 Thank You Sir! I thought that was a viable option!
blacklogic Posted April 13, 2013 Author Posted April 13, 2013 On 2nd thought, could you direct me to the names of files in OSC that you suspect that I need to dig into? My thought is that all it is is the CSS references. By the way, the template provider says they will not help since I already upgraded from 2.3.1. to 2.3.2. Thanks for any file advice.
