Ship cost in shopping cart for osc 2.3

Anybody know, can i show shipping price in shopping cart without any new class, just do changes in shopping_cart.php, if i use Table Rate fixed method.

I'm search many topic and can't find add-on like this.

 

For example, I already know the weight of selected items and want to show the shipping fee in shopping cart having a standard table shipping prices depend only on the weight of goods.

 

I'm tried to access the shipping module from shipping_cart.php and get the shipping price based on table Rate, but i can't find right code.

 

Can someone help ?
