Converting Addons

i have read the these threads on converting 2.2 to 2.3 addons:

I have searched and cant find the one covering Admin boxes.

 

Is there one or plans to make a tip on this? I posted here as that thread has been archived so i cant post there.

The admin left column boxes are only a list of links. You could look at another box and use the same layout. A tutorial is not really necessary. if you think there is a need, write one.
