help with an Age verification page that doesnt effect seo

Hi everyone im hoping you can help me again as so far this forum has been very helpful.

 

i have a specialist alcohol store running rc2a and we are now required to have an age verification page for any page that google links to, we did have a basic link html page that we manually linked to from adwords but this is now not good enough.

 

what we need is an age verification pop up that identifies that the users has not been before and they only see that once after clicking it but that does not effect the seo of the site?

It doesnt have to be a fancy date of birth recognition, just a simple yes/no im old enough to drink in my country, then continue on to the original destination url.

 

i have seen a couple of contributions but they dont seem to be seo friendly? maybe someone could direct me to the correct contribution or in fact someone that could make us the verification page we need.
