When people buy they buy without VAT?

Oursite is www.otagmusik.com

I have noticed that when people buy product from our store

they somehow don't pay VAT although it is clearly on the receipt.

Does anyone know the reason and the cure for this?

I mean on the checkout (which is Paypal) we can see the tax and everything but on the invoice the tax appears as 0%.

Any comments?

Your post is not really clear. Are you saying that the correct total including taxes is shown on the oscommerce invoice, but this is not being transfered across to paypal correctly. If this is so, what paypal module are you using to receive your payments.
