pbushkar Posted March 18, 2013 Share Posted March 18, 2013 I am on a new install v2.3.3. I have been switched to production server by usps. The usps module has been installed and user ids and passwords have been entered. I have also installed a guest checkout add on that works fine. I get the following message at checkout. Warning: fsockopen() [function.fsockopen]: unable to connect to stg-secure.shippingapis.com:80 (Connection refused) in /home/a4839188/public_html/catalog/includes/classes/http_client.php on line 330 The file that is unedited v2.3.3. I also get the standard "An error occured with the USPS shipping calculations. If you prefer to use USPS as your shipping method, please contact the store owner."
