Importing from XML feed

Hi, i have a XML Feed from a dropshipping distributer, is there a 'Import XML' Module or contribution within Oscommerce 2.3.3

or even where a csv file containing over 4000 products is there a 'Import CSV' module for the same

Oscommerce 2.3.3

 

Any help in this would be most appreciated.
