Aphasia Posted March 7, 2013 Posted March 7, 2013 We transferred a website from one hosting company to another and noticed the online store could not process purchases. In addition, the administrative staff cannot make any changes to the store. How do we go about grabbing the database for osCommerce and migrating it to the new hosting company. A new SSL certificate was purchased, but it did not resolve the issue.

When you migrate website hosting having SSL Certificate, Your need to create new CSR key and make request for reissues your SSL Certificate. Generally reissues is free till it valid date.
