reflect your power Posted March 2, 2013 Posted March 2, 2013 I have been having an issue with shipping. Customers are receiving a message that there is an error with the USPS shipping and to contact the store owner. I have confirmed with USPS that we are on the production server and NOT the test server. This store has been on-line since 2007 and there has never been an issue. Also, everything looks good on my end in the OS Commerce store configuration in the USPS section. I have run out of ideas. Has anyone every run into this problem and could you please provide some help as to how I can fix it?
