SeoUrls installed and one page is not redirecting correctly, help?

I have one product (which I've deleted and added to the catalog as a new product to no avail) that is not redirecting to the proper url correctly.

 

Here is the url it should be going to: http://www.xxxxx.com/xx-xx-xxxxxx-xxxxxx-p-550-xxxxxx-xxxx-xx-xxxx-xxx-xxxxx-p-123753.html

 

Here is the url it is going to:http://www.xxxxxxx.com/product_info.php?products_id=550xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

 

why is is putting the product_info.php?products_id=550 then the products name in there????
