I have searched everywhere but I still do not understand why it is even there, where and how does the customer get notified on selected items? If it's not automatic then how does one do it manually? The contributions do not shed a light on this either. Does anyone know:)

evagarbo Posted February 28, 2013 Author Posted February 28, 2013 Oh, thank you so much!!! frugal explains it in detail I could not figure out where to select the product notifications I had locked the newsletter but did not look under edit button, after looking I see that there is the secret:) You can then select whether you want to send the newsletter as a plain newsletter or a product notification and also select what products to send notifications about. I tested it and it actually works great. And I just uninstalled product notifications, oh well maybe I will install it again. Thank you very much Praful
