Help With Paypal Standard

Hello,

I am trying to set up my Paypal Standard module, are there any posts here that explain how to do that? If there isn't can someone explain it?

 

Also what is the difference between Sandarad and Express Checkouts? I guess I am not sure exactly which one I should be using.

 

I have a Premier Paypal Account, if that makes a difference.

 

Any help will be greatly apperciated.
