Change homepage products

I cant find how to change my products showing in homepage (index)

I need to show a specific category, how can I do this ?

What sort of simple way do you want. You can add the featured products addon, that has already been mentioned, that will show products that you specify on the index page, or there may be another addon available. Have you had a look, or do you want someone to do it for you.
