My Site Can't Be Opened!

today when i tried to open my web-site another page appeared to me

my web-site was made by oscommerce

it's http://www.aei-eg.com

please help me

If the site that displays is your hosting company, then you need to ask them what is going on. If they are not, then your site has probably been hacked.

Is "SecureSignup.net" your site host? Have you forgotten to pay your hosting fees or something? Is your domain registered separately from your hosting? If so, are you paid up there too?

Then, as mentioned, your stie has probably been hacked. If it just happenned recently, as your host if they can restore the files. If they have a clean set, that will allow your shop to display. It won't fix the cause though and it will probably be hacked again shortly afterward. You need to look at one of the security support threads here and apply some of the changes mentioned.

My antivirus software won't let me open the site, so it's definitely hacked or marked as unsafe. I suggest you clear the whole installation on the server and upload your latest backup (which you do have, of course?).

Then you still might be into a ride trying to get off the "infected sites" blacklist, should you be on it... let's hope it's only your hosting account that is suspended...
