Customer title Dropdown error

I have installed the following addon:

And after uploading all included files and running the sql in the database I am met with the following error on the website:

 

Fatal error: Call to undefined function tep_draw_button() in **********/catalog/includes/header.php on line 23

 

The admin side also says the table 'administrators' doesn't exist, which it does. :/

 

Any helps?
