problems with attributes and special offers

Gentlemen, I have this problem scenario:

ajax attribute manager

actual price

In the product data sheets i put the price equal to (0.00), then i make the price in attributes, this creates a problem because I can't find in the special offers the attributes and i can't apply discounts, can i resolve it?
