Missing catalog/admin/index.php file

I received a call for help from a business owner who needs help accessing his online catalog. I know nothing about osCommerce, but what I have determined so far is that he is missing the index.php file located in catalog/admin/ directory.

 

I've downloaded a zip of osCommerce and uploaded a new index.php file, but nothing seems to happen.

 

Does anyone know how I can fix this problem?

Inform your client to hire an experienced osCommerce developer or come onto this forum for support. It is obvious, as you said that you have no experience with osCommerce and your customer would be better served by someone more experienced.
